I am not a fan of truck rentals as they tend to be the focus of the location depending on what 3rd party trucks you are renting- instead of renting units. I just try to network with the nearest UHaul or Ryder and get their cards and leave mine. Cupcakes at Christmas as a thank you:)
New revenue streams are always welcome but, I prefer ALL of the revenue to go to my bottom line- like the TPP or Parking spaces. Maybe if we OWNED a few trucks on BIG properties we could make a profit on it? Liability is probably crazy on that.

Free- just the word brings in customers- as we know:) But, I think it would increase the workload and not deliver on revenue increase. Plus, truck maintenance would be an issue along with fuel. 😃
Yes i agree. What if we can find a company to take the liability from storage zone ? Do you think a truck will create extra for managers with no profit increase?
